When you are unwilling to keep valuables in your home but unsure of where to keep them, a Safe
Deposit Box is your solution. A safety deposit box is a secure container within a larger safe or vault used
to store valuable possessions such as jewelry, currency, important documents such as wills, property
deeds and birth certificates.
Our Safety Deposit Boxes come in 5 sizes from smallest to largest and have annual rental fees based on
the size selected. The box can only be accessed during operating hours and you are required to fill out an
Access Form every time you open the box. A deposit of $400.00 is required in the even the keys are lost.
This deposit will be refunded upon termination of use, granted that the keys are returned. Additionally,
damage to the lock that would require replacement will incur a fee of $1000.00. If you are unable to
access the box yourself, you may grant a third party access.
