Persons receiving money via Western Union transfer require a 10 digit Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) and VALID government-issued identification. Receivers are required to provide information about the sender including name, location and amount being sent. Please ensure that as the receiver, your name matches that of the form of identification that you present.

When sending money via Western Union, the sender is required to present VALID picture identification, the name and address of the receiver.
